Project Leadership

Senior-level ownership for an important project that needs to get done.

You have a project that matters, and you want it done properly.

But that's not always easy when you're running the business yourself, or with a small team where everyone's already at capacity. Some projects need someone who's done this before. Someone who can see the whole picture, make the right calls, and take it from start to finish - that’s where I come in.

What is Project Leadership

You stay focused on running your business. I take your project and lead it through from start to finish. That might look like developing and launching a new service, shaping and overseeing a high-impact event or client experience, or restructuring part of the business so it works more effectively.

It could be implementing a new strategic initiative that’s been sitting there for a while, or supporting an important transition - a repositioning, an expansion, or an evolution in how the business operates. Whatever the project, I take ownership of the detail, the moving parts, and the direction, so it doesn’t all sit with you.

What you leave with

You leave with more than just a completed project - you leave with space back. Space in your head, space in your day, and a sense that things are moving forward without everything sitting with you.

The project has been held, led and brought together in a way that feels clear, calm and under control - not something you’ve had to carry alongside everything else.

  • “I brought you in when the project had started to feel bigger than I could hold on my own. There were so many moving parts and decisions to make, and I felt like I was constantly reacting rather than leading it properly.

From the moment you stepped in, everything felt more structured and manageable. You had this ability to quickly understand what was going on, create clarity, and then quietly take ownership of moving things forward.

What I appreciated most was how calm and steady you were throughout. Nothing felt overwhelming anymore. The project didn’t just get done - it was delivered in a way that felt considered, organised and far less stressful than I’d imagined.”

  • “Working with Jen was an absolute pleasure. She has an incredible ability to quickly understand both the vision and the practical needs of a business and then quietly make things happen.

One standout example was when she organised our 10th birthday event. Jen took the time to really understand what I wanted and completely took the stress off my shoulders. The event ran beautifully and we had so many comments from guests about how great it was.

Beyond that, Jen spent time analysing where time was being mis-spent across the team and helped introduce better structures that saved us hours every week. That gave me the space to focus on more strategic work, which was invaluable.

What really sets Jen apart is her emotional intelligence and clarity around how she works. From the start she set kind but clear boundaries and expectations, which I respected enormously. She sees the bigger picture, anticipates what you need before you even realise it yourself, and gets things done without fuss.

Jen isn’t just ticking tasks off a list, she is thoughtful, strategic support who genuinely cares about the people she works with”

  • “I came to you with a project that had been sitting in my business for far too long. I knew it needed to happen, but I didn’t have the capacity or headspace to bring it to life.

You stepped in and immediately brought clarity and direction. You broke it down in a way that made it feel achievable, then led it through to completion without me having to carry every detail.

What I valued most was the balance you brought — organised and structured, but also calm and flexible when needed. It never felt pressured, just well-led.

It’s the first time I’ve felt like a project has been properly held, rather than just managed.”

Investment

Project Leadership typically starts from £2,500, with final pricing agreed once the scope is clear. No rolling commitments, no retainers. Just a defined piece of work with a clear beginning and end.

FAQs

  • We start by clarifying the real objective and what a good outcome looks like. Scope and timeline are agreed upfront, so there are no surprises on either side.

  • No, I work alongside you and whoever you already have. My role is to lead the project, not to step into the business permanently.

  • It really depends on the project itself.

Some pieces of work are more contained and can be delivered over a few weeks, while others naturally run over a few months. We’ll always have a clear sense of scope and direction from the start, so you know what’s involved and how it will move forward.

I stay closely involved for the duration, making sure the project is properly led and seen through.
