Imposter syndrome

I’ll be honest… I suffer badly from imposter syndrome. No matter how many years of experience I have or how many kind words I hear from clients and colleagues, there’s still that little bloody voice whispering “you’re not good enough” or “someone else could do this better”

Imposter syndrome doesn’t discriminate. You can be successful, qualified, hardworking AND still feel like you’re winging it 🙃

What I’ve learned (and am still learning!) is that these feelings don’t mean I’m failing (I don’t “think” I’m failing - see, here’s the voice again) They mean I care deeply about the work I do, the people I support and the results I deliver.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re not “enough” please know you’re not alone. Many of us are right there with you, quietly battling those doubts while still showing up and doing our best.

Do you ever struggle with imposter syndrome and how do you handle it?
