How does it work?

The Business Blueprint begins with a workbook designed to help me understand your business, how you currently work, what's feeling challenging and where you'd like to go next. I'll review your responses and identify key themes before we come together for a dedicated strategy session. During our time together, we'll step back from the day-to-day, explore what's working well, uncover what's creating friction or unnecessary complexity, and identify the areas that will have the biggest impact on your business. Following the session, you'll receive a personalised Business Blueprint report containing my observations, recommendations, priorities and a practical roadmap to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence and direction. If you'd like support implementing any of the recommendations, this can be discussed separately, but there is absolutely no obligation.

Once we've identified what's creating friction and where your business has outgrown its current ways of working, I can support you with implementing the recommendations, whether that's introducing new systems, documenting processes, creating resources or leading a specific improvement project. There's never any obligation, but if you'd like help bringing the plan to life, we can discuss the best way to move forward together.

  • Absolutely. The Business Blueprint is a standalone service designed to give you clarity, direction and a practical plan for moving forward. You'll leave with personalised recommendations, clear priorities and a roadmap that you can implement yourself if that's what feels right for you. While some clients choose to continue working with me for implementation support, there is no expectation or obligation to do so. My goal is for you to leave with everything you need to take the next steps with confidence.

  • The process is designed to be simple, collaborative and tailored to your business. Once you've booked, you'll receive a Business Blueprint workbook to complete in advance of our strategic session. This gives me valuable insight into your business, current challenges, goals and ways of working before we meet. I'll review your responses and identify key themes ahead of our session. We'll then spend time together taking a deep dive into your business, exploring what's working well, what's creating friction and where the biggest opportunities lie. Following our session, I'll create your personalised Business Blueprint Report, complete with observations, recommendations, priorities and a practical roadmap to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence

  • Implementation support is priced separately from The Business Blueprint and varies depending on the scope of work involved. Following your Blueprint, I'll provide a tailored recommendation and proposal based on your specific needs. Some clients simply need a clear plan, while others choose to continue working with me to implement new systems, streamline processes and bring the recommendations to life.
