Strategic Operator Sprints start from £5,000, with final pricing agreed once the scope is clear. This is a one-off cost, with no ongoing financial commitment.

  • Some sprints are shorter, some run over a few months, depending on what’s needed. At the outset, we agree the scope and direction so there’s a clear shape to the work and a defined end point.

    We agree on a rhythm at the start based on what's needed, including regular sessions plus availability in between for the decisions that can't wait. The emphasis is on quality of thinking, not volume of meetings.

  • Project Leadership is for one specific priority that needs to be owned and completed. This is broader; it's for when you need senior-level support across the whole business, not just on one thing.
